BYD SHARK 6 comes equipped with a 1.5 litre turbo high-power hybrid engine that, in conjuction with the BYD Blade battery, boasts a massive 321kW of power and 650Nm of torque. This allows the BYD SHARK 6 to acheive a maximum braked towing capacity of 2,500KG.
Off-road wonder
BYD SHARK 6 offers a double wishbone front and rear suspension with Mud, Sand and Snow terrain modes. Also included are advanced features like Hill Hold Control, Vehicle Dynamic Control, Hill Descent Control and Auto-Hold, making light work of any off-road tasks.

Multi-terrain modes

Dominate any surface with smart terrain modes.

Gravel
Intelligent traction and braking force distribution enhances the maximum climbing gradient, allowing SHARK 6 to conquer slopes of up to 30° on gravel surfaces. Hill Descent Control allows for a minimum downhill speed control of as low as 2km/h.

The maximum torque output delivers a peak traction force of up to 17,500N. The electronic limited-slip differential responds in under 700ms, enabling the vehicle to tackle cross-axle depths of up to 250mm.
Mud
On uniform hard mud terrain, the maximum acceleration can reach up to 3m/s. On uniform hard mud terrain, SHARK 6 is capable of performing controlled circular drifts.

It can successfully escape from mud pits with a maximum depth of 160mm.
Sand
SHARK 6 can tackle desert slopes steeper than 20°, with a maximum dune climbing distance of 130m. It can perform hill climb U-turns with a minimum turning radius of 3m on sandy terrain.

SHARK 6 can achieve braking from 70km/h with an average deceleration of 3m/s. It can successfully escape from sandy terrain with a maximum depth of 200mm.
